Calculations use the Sabine equation (RT60 = 0.161 × V / A) with absorption coefficients at 500 Hz. Real rooms may differ due to furniture, irregular shapes, and frequency-dependent absorption. For heavily treated rooms, the Eyring equation may be more accurate.
